Can I manage staff breaks through the Biometric Reader and WinBase.NET software?
Yes. The WinBase.NET software allows you to configure any break ‘rules’ that you have set up in your company. Employees can clock in and out for their breaks or the system can automatically deduct the required time per ‘shift’ for breaks.
Can you explain the Free Trial?
We simply install the system, at no cost to you, and work with you over a pre-agreed period of time, providing all of the required hardware, software, training & support. There are no catches, and should you wish to not proceed then we simply remove the software and equipment – no questions asked!
Will I need to purchase additional software licences (Microsoft SQL etc) with the system?
No. The WinBase.NET system has been designed to work with the free Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express database, and can be installed as a network system or stand-alone on one PC.
How does the link to our in-house or out-sourced payroll software work?
The WinBase.NET system will produce a file that can be imported directly into any payroll software, including SAGE, EARNIE, Moorepay, Micropay etc. This file is configured to match your pay elements and will greatly reduce administration and the potential for errors that a manual system presents.
