Menzies Hotels operate a portfolio of distinctly unique 3,4 and 5 star hotels in the UK.
Working with the HR and Payroll Departments, the project commenced in September 2008, and by January 2009 the hotel was paying directly from the system, replacing the administration-heavy Timesheets and manual procedures.
The various Heads of Department manage their own Rosters, and costs and overtime are controlled and reported on.
This 15-user system has enabled the hotel to make a significant year on year reduction in employee and payroll costs.
